London City Mission has been serving the most needy areas of London through evangelistic mission for nearly 180 years.
We are looking for a senior HR professional and mature Christian with a proven track record in the full range of operational HR and leadership capability. Reporting to the HR Director, your role will include leading & managing the HR Team, specific organisation-wide HR initiatives and project management, as well as covering all aspects of HR from recruitment through to policy development.
Working for a values-driven, Christian organisation, you will ensure the development of the HR Team, providing excellent customer service, improving systems & driving forward organisation-wide HR projects.
You will be CIPD qualified with well-developed influencing, organisational & problem solving skills plus substantial proven ability in operational HR.
There is an Occupational Requirement that the person appointed be an evangelical Christian.
