20 hours a week
Pay: £20,000 - £24,000 pro rata – pay dependent on experience and qualifications.
Winchester Baptist Church is a lively church involved in a large number of activities serving both its own members and the wider community. We consider that Church Administration is an important role and to be valued as an integral part of the church activities.
The Administration Manager will be part of a staff team sharing in the whole mission of the church and will have responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the operational and adminstrative work, working closely with the Minister, other Staff Members, the Elders and Leadership Team members. The candidate will be expected to work with an existing team of volunteers.
Applicants should be suitably experienced / qualified, and it is desirable that they are able to demonstrate a degree of management skills, as The Administration Manager will be required to equip, empower and encourage a team of volunteers.
