The Evangelical Alliance is looking for a person with drive and enthusiasm to provide support andongoing training to all its staff on the new Customer Relationship Management database (Salesforce) which is currently being installed, and to correspond with key supporters and assist the giving team with fundraising tasks. You will be keen to manage internal and external relationships with our staff and supporters sensitively and carefully as well as managing the database to ensure its consistent quality and integrity.
We’re looking for someone who will be highly relational, extremely organised and who will care about the little things as well as the wider perspective.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to clearly and relationally explain technical processes and information Administrative ability and able to use own initiative
- Good IT skills and a high level of accuracy
