We are recruiting for a Bookings Administrator (28 hours per week) to join the staff team!

This role is key to the smooth running of All Souls parish (All Souls Church, St. Paul’s Robert Adam Street and the Clubhouse), facilitating the complex range of bookings therein. It involves balancing requests from ministries, whilst maximising resource utilisation through external bookings, and includes:-

  • Administering the process by which internal and external users book All Souls resources
  • Training and assisting internal and external users on the use of the events and resource booking processes
