Top Church, Dudley is in an exciting new season. Designated as a resourcing church, in the next 5 years it will become an active and vibrant Anglican church, situated in the centre of Dudley, with an average attendance of 250, being a blessing to the local community and a resource to other churches. We are looking for someone with proven operational, strategic planning and administrative skills to join our team. Could you:
- manage multiple projects, at a fast pace;
- communicate clearly and effectively;
- ensure this iconic building is fit for a modern expression of worship and serving the community;
- take a lead direction in Human Resources;
Ideally, you will have experience, or a good understanding of working within a church setting. As we are starting almost from scratch you will need to be determined, creative, strategic and tenacious. You will be excited about being part of a church plant and be ‘up for an adventure’! You will be a highly motivated leader, passionate about the church's mission and ministry. A degree of flexibility and maturity will be required in order to grow with and develop the role, as the demands and opportunities of the church evolve.

Salary £28,000 per annum, plus non-contributory defined benefit pension scheme. This post is subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
