'Woodlands exists to help people become devoted followers of Jesus Christ’
Woodlands is an independent evangelical church situated on a large suburban housing estate on the outskirts of Derby. We would like to appoint a new person to our leadership team who will:
• help grow and pastor our smaller afternoon congregation, known as ‘Woodlands PM’
• develop initiatives in evangelism across both congregations
We are looking for an evangelical Christian who:
• has experienced life in the ‘secular’ world
• has some experience in Christian leadership
• has a passion for sharing the good news about Jesus
• can teach the Bible to people of all ages and backgrounds in an engaging and relevant way
• is in full agreement with our church’s Mission Statement
