BCC is an active church of around 120 adults and children. We meet in an Arts Centre every Sunday morning for shared worship for all the family. The whole family is important to us; children, young people and small groups are the foundation of our church. During the week members of BCC attend Life groups, where they share life and encourage each other to grow in faith. We presently run two community ministries, Faith-works Furniture Project and The Hill Community Centre. BCC is a member of the Evangelical Alliance.
If you are looking to be part of a growing church, then this is a role you should consider.
What we are looking for in a church leader:
- A Holy Spirit-filled strategic leader able to think clearly and guide BCC forward into all that God has in store.
- An experienced Bible teacher and inspirational communicator who can impart vision
- Able to organise resources and to manage and develop people engaged in church ministries and empower people to use their gifts.
- A mission-minded leader, with a passion to reach out (evangelise) and lead our ministries in the Banbury community and stretch our horizons for world mission.
