St John’s is a lively evangelical Anglican church on the North East London/Essex border. Youth work (for senior school age) has previously been led by an Associate Minister, some enthusiastic volunteers, and a part-time youth worker. There has however been no organised provision for young people since before covid. Due to changing demographics we believe the Lord is opening a door for effective ministry. We have 25 children of church families in secondary school. An early priority for this role will be to meet people and develop a strategy for leading and delivering a youth programme.
