Inglewhite Church, near Preston in Lancashire is looking for a youth & families’ worker who would spearhead the youth & families ministry, predominantly working with 11-18 year olds but would have oversight on younger children to ensure a smooth transition into the youth programme.
We are an all-age, Christ-centred, loving fellowship. The whole family is important to us and all age, Bible-based worship is a foundation in our church. This is a full-time position but we are open to applications from those who prefer part-time or job-share. We are looking for someone with the ability to build upon the youth & children’s ministries already in place and to grow this in line with the vision of the church. We need someone who can work within the existing teams and who can also lead and develop teams of volunteers.
The focus of this role will be on youth & families however we are open to God’s will and if you have a passion for youth along with other areas of ministry, the role could be altered to fit your passion and gifts. We are also willing to split the role into 2 part-time roles (preschool & primary/ 11+) if that would be of interest to you.
